DESCRIPTION:This year’s annual meeting will be historic. We will be meeti
 ng via Zoom! By this time\, if you are a voting member\, you may have alre
 ady received your warning in the mail. This year we will be voting on four
  items: 1) Approve the minutes from last year’s annual meeting\, 2) Appr
 ove the slate of nominations\, 3) Approve a request from the Property Team
  to use Meeting House Fund money to do maintenance on the Meeting House\, 
 and 4) Approve the 2020/2021 Fiscal Year Budget. We need to have at least 
 45 members at the meeting to reach a quorum\, so please plan to attend on
  Sunday\, June 7 at 11 a.m.\n\nHaving an annual meeting via Zoom is actua
 lly a bit complicated\, but we have done the research and are confident th
 at we can do this and do it well. Along with the warning\, you also receiv
 ed some Annual Meeting Instructions. Please read these over now and become
  familiar with them. It is important that you have used Zoom on your devic
 e prior to the meeting. If you have not used Zoom before\, please come to 
 the Virtual Coffee Hour on May 24 or 31 to get some practice.\n\nYou can f
