SUMMARY:Ministerial Search BIPOC Listening Session
DESCRIPTION:Potential applicants for minister are interested in how "self-a
 ware" a congregation is\, so the first job of the Ministerial Search Team 
 is to find out what our members and friends think about the First UU Socie
 ty\, where we shine and where we fall short\, who we are and who we hope t
 o be. To hear your thoughts\, we will host listening sessions (we'll do th
 e listening). We'll have some "seed" questions to get the conversation goi
 ng\, but we will welcome all your comments\, criticisms\, and hopes.\n\nSu
 nday\, Oct. 30\, 9:00-10:00 a.m. – At this session\, we will focus speci
 fically on Black\, Indigenous\, and People of Color (BIPOC) members’ and
  friends’ needs\, interests\, and hopes.\n\nSessions will be held both i
