 lar community of meditators who gather weekly on Thursday at the First UU 
 Society! We sit and share silence from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. If you'd like to 
 sit for a shorter period\, there is an opportunity to leave halfway throug
 h. Meditation cushions\, benches\, and chairs are all available for use\,
